NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Allouez, Brown County, Wisconsin, will consider a change of the zoning ordinance regulations, to enact proposed amendments to the Village of Allouez Municipal Code titled, “Code of the Village of Allouez,” by repealing and re-enacting Chapter 453, Floodplain Zoning.

A copy of the newly proposed Chapter 453, Floodplain Zoning, of the Village of Allouez Municipal Code may be obtained and is available for inspection during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday 7:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. and Friday 7:00a.m.-11:00a.m.) at the office of the Village Clerk, 1900 Libal Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin or can be viewed on the Village of Allouez website www.villageofallouezwi.gov.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Allouez will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, Village of Allouez, 1900 Libal Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin to hear all persons interested, or their agents or attorneys, concerning the repealing and re-enacting of Chapter 453, Floodplain Zoning.
