A petition has been received from Roger Yang requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow a backyard cottage on the property located at 3310 S. Clay Street, Parcel Number AL-129-1-3, and legally described as: 0.514 AC M/L N 140 FT OF S 240 FT OF E 160 FT OF THAT PRT OF N1/2 OF PC 24E LYG W OF CLAY ST.
A backyard cottage is a small accessory residential building or portion of such a building occupied by a single, self-contained accessory dwelling unit. Backyard cottages are located on the same lot as but not attached to a detached house. Backyard cottages shall comply with all requirements of the Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code.
This request will be the subject of a PLAN COMMISSION MEETING to be held on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2023 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE ALLOUEZ VILLAGE HALL, 1900 LIBAL STREET.
The Plan Commission is advisory to the Village Board. The Village Board will receive the recommendation from the Plan Commission and hold a public hearing on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2023 AT 6:30P.M. AT THE ALLOUEZ VILLAGE HALL, 1900 LIBAL STREET. The Village Board may make final determination on the petition at this meeting. You will receive a formal notice at a later date, notifying you of the public hearing date and time.
