3. CONVENE INTO CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO:
WIS. STATUTE 19.85(1)(c) “considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility”.
(Review of applicants for village administrator position)
(Review of Interim Administrator Compensation and Hours)
and
WIS. STATUTE 19.85(1)(f) “considering the investigation of charges against specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such investigation”.
4. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION UNDER WIS. STATUTE 19.85(2) TO TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION ON ITEM(S) IN CLOSED SESSION
