The Allouez Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department’s mission is to provide parks, recreation, outdoor opportunities, and green space stewardship, for the enjoyment and wellbeing of all, in a fiscally responsible manner.

The Village of Allouez has 12 parks which encompass over 300 acres of parkland. The village parks include pavilions, playgrounds, tennis courts, soccer fields, youth baseball and softball fields, adult softball fields, Miracle League baseball, a football field, kayak/canoe launches, natural areas, and multi-use trails for the enjoyment of the residents and visitors alike.

Tree and Bench Memorials

The Village of Allouez has many park locations to select to have memorial benches installed, including a sports complex, neighborhood parks, trails, and natural park areas.  These benches will enhance our parks, and offer a resting area for leisure, reflection, and relaxation.

Volunteer Goose Patrol

Village of Allouez residents may apply for a volunteer goose patrol permit. Please call 448-2804 with any questions.

Metal Detecting in Parks

While metal detecting on athletic fields does not need approval, a permit is required for Village of Allouez parks. Valid for one year, our permit allows metal detecting and shallow excavating (6″) in designated park locations. See form below for more information.
