1. Call to order.

2. Appointments (as needed):

a. Public member.

b. Chairperson.

3. Approve minutes from the September 26, 2024 meeting.

4. Review Annual PE-300 Reports and the performance and status of the City’s active Tax Incremental Districts as required by Wis. Stat. § 66.1105(4m)(f).

5. Approve “Resolution Acknowledging Filing of Annual Report and Compliance with Annual Meeting Requirement.”

6. Adjourn.
