Meeting is weather dependent. A rain date will be scheduled if necessary.

1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL

2. MODIFY / ADOPT AGENDA

3. SITE VISITS

a) Depart Village Hall (after above agenda items)
b) Locations along the Broadview Drive corridor starting from the east and heading west (visited by foot or by car):

a) First stop: 901 Broadview Drive (parking lot of Riverview Park)
b) Last stop: 2801 S. Webster Avenue (Webster Avenue/Broadview Drive intersection)

4. ADJOURNMENT (from final site visit location)

NOTE: It is possible that members of and a possible quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above noticed meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above noticed meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
