Seasonal Engineering Inspector

The Village of Allouez Public Works Department is accepting applications for a Seasonal Engineering Inspector for the spring and summer of 2026 to assist with project inspection, surveying, drafting, computations and miscellaneous office work.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, excel, and land surveying is preferred, but not required.
• Pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in civil engineering, utilities, or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

PAY AND BENEFITS
Position Starting Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

SCHEDULE
This position typically works four 9-hour days Monday through Thursday, from 6:30am to 3:30pm and one 4-hour day on Fridays, from 6:30am to 10:30am. This is a seasonal position available May through September.

Working hours may be flexible to accommodate the needs of the department. Punctuality for this position is required. This position is limited to a maximum of 560 hours per year.
