will be Closed Beginning Monday, July 13th

On Monday, July 13th Libal Street between E. St. Joseph Street and Kalb Avenue will be closed for the repair of the 36-Inch culvert pipe near Optimist Park. The street segment is anticipated to be closed for 3 days.

During the closure motorists will be detoured through the route shown below. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining an open lane for emergency vehicles and local access to residential driveways.
