PETITION OF DAN ROARTY (Architect / Owner Rep) REQUESTING A 25’ VARIANCE FROM THE FRONT YARD SETBACK WHEN CONSTRUCTING A RESIDENCE (Village Ordinance 11.05(C)(1), On every lot in an “A” Residence District there shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than 30 feet) AND A VARIANCE TO REMOVE AND PLANT VEGETATION IN PUBLIC SPACE WHEN LANDSCAPING SAID RESIDENCE AT 2606 RIVER LANE (Village Ordinance 4.04(A), It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, destroy, cut, deface, or injure any tree existing on any public place in the Village or for any person to attach any rope, wire, chain, sign or any other device to any tree on any public place in this Village; Village Ordinance 4.04(B), It shall be unlawful for any person to plant, prune, fertilize or spray any tree or shrub existing on any public place in the Village, or to authorize or cause the same to be done, without having first obtained permission from the Village Board to do so).
