Beginning on December 2, 2012 the Village of Allouez Fire Department consolidated with the Green Bay Fire department to create the Green Bay Metro Fire Department. This action by the Village Board followed several years of research and analysis and will result in improved service levels and control on service delivery costs. The Village receives all services provided by the Green Bay Metro Fire Department and questions should re directed to Green Bay Metro Fire Department.

Need a smoke detector or carbon monoxide alarm?

The Green Bay Metro Fire Department has an alarm donation program in which we are able to offer smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms free of charge to residents (alarms are provided through donations of businesses and organizations that wish to help residents that cannot afford them) . As part of our program we come to your home, inspect your existing alarms and provide new alarms if needed. We also perform a home safety inspection and talk with you about fire safety.

Check your house number! Can it be clearly read from a distance or 50 feet? House address is to be written in numbers, 4’ minimum height. Addresses in text are not acceptable.
