Project Overview

Due to the age and condition of the existing pavement and underground public utilities, the Village and its engineering consultant, raSmith, have begun planning for the design of improvements to the 0.68 miles of Libal Street from Lebrun St. to County XX (Hoffman Rd.)

Proposed Improvements:

  • Removing and milling asphaltic surfaces.

  • Spot repair of defective concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk.

  • Spot repair/upgrades to storm sewer.

  • On-street bike lanes on both sides, parking on one side.

  • New sidewalk on east side from Lebrun St. to Longview Ave.

  • Upgrade curb ramps for ADA compliance.
